1. 關於天然水晶與原礦

天然水晶及原礦均是大自然的產物，表面或內部帶有自然的冰裂紋、棉絮、礦缺、共生礦或天然紋路，此屬正常現象，不屬於瑕疵範圍。

每顆天然石的色澤與形狀皆獨一無二，請在接受並欣賞大自然不完美之美的基礎下下單。
2. 關於手工飾品

商品皆為實物拍攝，但因拍攝光線及各型號螢幕顯示不同，可能存在輕微色差，商品顏色以實物為準。
3. 特殊情況處理

若你收到的包裹有嚴重的漏發或物流造成的嚴重損壞，請於收到包裹後 48 小時內聯絡我們的客服，並附上拆箱影片及照片，我們將盡快為你處理。

Please read the following guidelines mindfully before placing your order:
1. About Natural Crystals & Minerals

Natural crystals and minerals are formations of the earth. It is natural for them to feature internal ice cracks, inclusions, minor mineral nicks, or natural textures. These unique markings are not considered defects.

Each stone varies in color, pattern, and shape. Please place your order only if you embrace and appreciate these natural variations.
2. About Handcrafted jewelry

Our beads by beads jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted, which means slight artisanal variations may occur.

Products are photographed under real light, but minor color differences may exist due to screen displays. The actual product shall prevail.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your package arrived significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
